The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is an innovative model of integrated healthcare that supports seniors with holistic care, allowing them to stay where they most desire: their homes. It focuses on an interdisciplinary model of care delivery and support services that have been shown to lead to higher patient satisfaction while saving money on healthcare costs.
Enfield partnered with New Jersey-based PACE program BoldAge to provide them with the capital needed for interstate growth. But our investments weren’t just fiscal– the Enfield team brought our deep operational and de novo experience to BoldAge’s operations, helping them build an organizational design structure that allowed for future scaling. This included developing the right KPIs to run a distributed healthcare business sustainably, and roadmaps for IT and IS infrastructure that helped navigate HIPAA and financial/regulatory oversight.

The Enfield team continues to support BoldAge today, facilitating recruitment via our deep network of post-acute executive leadership, and by providing guidance on policy and regulatory advocacy for the PACE model of care in Washington, D.C., and in state capitals. Today, BoldAge serves 400 patients across five sites spanning four states, with further expansion planned.
