In his role as Chairman and Chief Legal Officer Abraham brings significant legal and investment experience to Enfield. Abe was an associate, partner and counsel at Sachnoff & Weaver / Reed Smith and continues as a Special Counsel at the Much Shelist firm. His legal practice is focused in the areas of corporate, healthcare, real estate and tax law. Since 1980 he has advised and guided clients through their day to day legal and business needs as well as representing them in hundreds of transactions. Abe is the founder of Seasons Hospice, a national hospice enterprise which at the time of its sale to AccentCare in 2020 was the largest privately owned hospice in the United States. He has extensive interests in real estate and varying business enterprises. Abe holds a BSBA in accounting from Roosevelt University, a JD from Chicago Kent College of Law and an LL.M in taxation from New York University.
