David oversees Enfield’s partnerships with multiple portfolio companies and manages family office operations, including investment performance reporting and analysis. He has deep experience in scaling and standardizing operations via development of BI dashboards and KPIs. Previously, David served as the CFO and EVP of Business Operations at Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care, helping to scale processes, streamline back-office functions and overseeing the real estate portfolio. David also helped integrate Seasons’ finances into AccentCare as a part of the Seasons/AccentCare merger. He holds his Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa, his Masters in Manufacturing Management from Northwestern University in Chicago, and his Masters of Business Administration from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University.
